What is Die Casting?
Pressure casting, referred to as die casting, is a casting method in which molten alloy liquid is poured into the pressure chamber, the cavity of the steel mold is filled at high speed, and the alloy liquid is solidified under pressure to form a casting. Die casting is distinguished from other casting methods by high pressure and high speed.
Inspect Center
Bian die cast has CMM and other equipment for inspection the die cast parts. We inspect during the production, also for final inspection.
Die Cast Workshop
Our die casting machines range from 180T up to 1250T, we can produce small and big die casting parts.
CNC Workshop
Bian die cast has more than 25 sets CNC machines, both for mold machining and product machining.
Polishing Workshop
Bian Die cast has more than 20 sets of polishing machines for making sure that we can provide customer product with good surface and security lead time.
Surface Treatment
Bian die cast can provide finish including 3.Polishing, Shot Blast Wheelabrator, Sand Blasting, Heat Treating Oven, Powder Coating, Painting and Plating etc.
